The past 4 months have been a blur, but they have been amazing.  I cant get over how amazing and beautiful my daughter is.  She has completely thrown my life into chaos and I cant stop smiling. With some time to myself this weekend I have been digging through some of my older shots I never posted, or processed, or maybe I just didnt like them much.  Its much too cold to spend much time outside so I figured I would try and find something in my collection of nothing, and a big collection that is too...  I think I will begin revisiting my summer vacation, it seems like a lifetime ago already.

And I couldnt be happier! I would like to announce the birth of my daughter, Elise Lillian. She was born Oct. 25, at 8:22PM.  She weighed in at 8lbs 15oz! Shes a big'un. THings got a little scarey at one point as my wife's labor went from mild to insanely intense and fast.  There was no time for an epidural (spelling).  They were actually moving her to the OR for an emergency C-section, but the baby droped and was out in minutes, delivered in the OR. Mom and baby are doing great. I will obviously be focused on the family and my camera pointed at them.  I wont subject you all to endless baby photos, but I am posting a few.  They were done

First off I want to thank all of you who do take the time to look at my work when I post something.  I have very few watchers and fewer who comment, but I appreciate you all. I have been largely inactive here for a bit as life is running full steam ahead.  My wife and I are expecting a baby girl next month so there has been much excitement and time spent planning for the upcoming event.  To further complicate things my back has put me out of commision quite a bit, very bad timing for sure.  I see a spine specialist next week so wish me luck.  :) To those I watch and comment occasionally, I hope to get back to throwing in my feedback again s
